Here's some information about where to find the Microtech MediaVault cases in Canada. These are PCMCIA card holders which can hold two PCMCIA cards (i.e. a REX plus space for MAPS cards, business cards, and/or stylus.
In fact, some MAPS might also want to know about this source since the price is pretty low right now ($14.00 CAD, or around $9.00 USD + MAPS). I actually bought mine for just $10.00 CAD, but the reported price on their website is now $14.00 CAD. They had to order the items from a supplier before MAPS them, so there was a 2-3 week wait, but everthing went well with the purchase. Here's the vendor I used:

Price on 16 May 2003: $14.00 CAD (approx. $9.00 USD) + MAPS.
MAPS was $9.95 CAD in Canada.
