I wasn't too pleased with my last battery order. I was expecting 90mAh, but only got 80. (But that was 48 batteries ago...... ) Has anybody ordered any recently? Who has good deals on CR-2016's? Low price and maybe free MAPS? I'll want 24 or 48 for sure...... |

CR-2016 batteries in quantity: www.digikey.com offers for .45 cents each or $4.05 per 10. The handling charge of $5 is waived for orders of $25. Since I wanted about 48, I kept increasing my order until it crept over the limit.... I ordered 62 batteries @ $25.11 with no handling charge. There's a full range of MAPS options, including the US Mail. MAPS cost me $3.85. Total was $28.96. That works out to 46.7 cents per battery. These are 90mAh Panasonic. I ordered via internet in the middle of the night on Friday and had the package on Tuesday. My previous battery ordering experience via internet: Good price & quick service, but they substituted the name brand that had been advertised, and I got 80mAh instead of the 90mAh that I was expecting. I complained, and they then updated the adv. with the 80mAh brand. My original hoard of 48 batteries lasted a fair while, but my latest order is a better deal. Keep on REXin' |

Yeah, I've ordered from digikey a couple times without any real problems. I even get their catalog that's the size of a phone book |

They dropped prices again. I ordered 74 for $25.01. For cheapest MAPS, specify US Mail ($2.67 extra, no handling). Arrived in four days. |
