The REX5000 TrueSync files are still available from Intel, who took over after Xircom, who in turn had taken over from Franklin.
Try:
Intel Xircom REX 5000 Support Page
and click on Software and Drivers.
Here is a direct link to Intel's XircomŪ REX 5000 (REX5000) Downloads page, but I find sometimes that the direct links to Intel's pages don't work.
You may have to provide your REX5000 serial number (from the back of your REX) in order to download the file(s) you want.
Finally, the best remaining resource for other REX5000 downloads is Tice's REX 5000 Page. In order to conserve Tice's bandwidth, please download files from Intel wherever possible instead of downloading from Tice's page.
